The apple peeler works as expected. The peeler arrived mostly assembled and was easy to assemble the parts that weren't. It made quick work of peeling, coring, and slicing several pounds of apples. Small adjustments are needed to switch from smaller to larger apples. I made a double batch of apple sauce and legitimately look forward to development it again next year. It was also easy to clean. The best $20+ dollars I've spent in awhile.
