Good ceramic peeler : Shenzhen Knives Ceramic Peeler
Always wanted to get a ceramic peeler, but was finding at some reviews that complained about the lightweight plastic handles for most of the ceramic peelers sold.
I truly think it's a great feature. Granted it does not feel as sturdy, but I prefer the lightweight feel, as it makes gripping and peeling much easier on my hand and forearm, as I find that I do not grip as hard and there's less heft to move around, especially when you are peeling fruits or vegetables.
I could understand the need for "heft" if you are doing some chopping of bones or slabs of meat with a meat cleaver, but for peeling fruits and vegetables, I prefer the opposite.
Recommend purchase!
